LeadSmart Project

We equip teenagers in secondary schools with the mindset, mentorship, and skills to lead with courage, innovation, and social responsibility. Through interactive sessions, storytelling, and community projects, students discover their identity, find purpose, and create real impact. The end goal: Raising transformational leaders in Africa.

Our Curriculum

We’ve designed our curriculum to spark courage, innovation, and responsible leadership through mentorship and real-world learning.

01

Self-Discovery & Personal Development

In the early weeks, students explore their strengths, understand their limiting beliefs, and learn the essence of leading oneself. This foundation is crucial for personal growth and future leadership roles.

02

Leadership Training

The program redefines what it means to be a leader. Students are taught to inspire positive change, make ethical decisions, and create a lasting impact within their communities.

03

Success & Goal Setting

Participants learn the importance of setting SMART goals—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. The focus is on achieving success in a way that contributes meaningfully to society.

04

Impact Project

In the final phase, students put their knowledge into action. Working in groups, they identify real problems in their schools or communities and develop projects to address them. This hands-on experience not only reinforces their learning but also fosters a sense of responsibility and achievement.

Our Impact

Empowering the next generation of leaders across Africa through mentorship, innovation, and purpose-driven initiatives that create measurable impact.
